Kitchen Specifications

Chagrin Valley Kitchen is a 1400 sq ft commercial kitchen facility.  Depending on each individual’s use it will be licensed by the Geauga County Health Department and the Ohio Department of Agriculture.  Our space is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Our equipment was purchased to run our catering business and we were able to prepare meals for up to 200 with our current equipment.  Chagrin Valley Kitchen is much larger than our previous facility and we envision the ability to cater or produce products in mass quantities in the space and prep area we currently have.  The kitchen comes equipped with basics such as pots, pans, cutting boards, and general utensils.  The only items we ask you to bring are things specific to what you are producing and small wares such as additional utensils, scales and disposable items like plastic wrap, foil, parchment paper, foil pans and lids etc.
